Revolution Taco is the concept of Chef Carolyn Nguyen. With her classically trained chef approach, Carolyn uses the taco shell as a vehicle to create global inspired dishes as tacos. Some menu highlights include: Korean Beef tacos, Roasted Duck tacos served on a scallion pancake, and our vegan BBQ Cauliflower tacos.

Carolyn and her team will use their culinary knowledge and experience of restaurants and catering to bring the city of Philadelphia a fresh, and unique approach to the understated taco, by elevating the flavors and presentation of our products. The menu includes a not only tacos but also burritos and burritos bowl, hand made chips, accompanied by fresh made pico de gallo, and guacomole as well as homemade empanadas.
