Launched in 2015 from humble food truck beginnings, Revolution Taco is a love letter to global flavors and local ingredients.
We believe the taco is more than just a vessel—it’s a blank canvas. Our kitchen is where street food tradition meets unexpected twists: hand-pressed tortillas, bold marinades, slow-roasted meats, and sauces layered with spice and depth. Every dish is crafted with care, inspired by culinary traditions from around the globe.
Our guiding principle? Keep exploring. From perfecting recipes to sourcing the best ingredients, we’re always looking for new ways to surprise and delight—whether it’s a special you’ll only catch for a week, a sip of our in-house tepache, or one of our signature tacos that tastes like nothing else in the city.
